纯液态氯化氢不与大多数金属发生反应。但与碱金属、铝、锰、铁、铜、锡、铅、锌等金属发生反应，并在其表面产生一层氯化物保护膜。

Pure liquid hydrogen chloride does not react with most metals. However, it reacts with alkali metals, aluminum, manganese, iron, copper, tin, lead and zinc and produces a protective film of chloride on its surface.

当水存在时，与金属发生反应，生成金属氯化物，并产生氢气。

储存和使用事项： 

1、 用来储存氯化氢钢瓶的库房应通风、干燥，避免阳光直射，不得有地沟、暗道，严禁明火，远离热源。

The storage room for hydrogen chloride cylinder should be ventilated and dry, avoid direct sunlight, and there should be no underground trenches or secret passages. Open fire is strictly forbidden and away from heat source.

2.、 钢瓶应垂直放置，带好瓶帽，妥善固定，防止倾倒。

Cylinder should be placed vertically, with the cap, properly fixed, prevent dumping.

3、 使用时把瓶阀排气咀与生产装置紧密连接，严禁气体泄漏。

When using, connect the exhaust nozzle of the cylinder valve with the production device. Gas leakage is strictly prohibited.

4、 使用环境温度在-20至40摄氏度之间。

When used, the ambient temperature is between -20 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius

5、 避免阳光暴晒，离开明火至少10米以上。

Avoid sun exposure and stay at least 10 meters away from an open flame.

6、 瓶内气体不得用尽，应保留不少于0.5Mpa的压力。

The gas in the bottle shall not be used up, and the pressure shall be kept at not less than 0.5mpa.

7、 间歇使用的系统，应先使用高纯氮气置换系统空气，后通氯化氢进入使用系统并排出氮气，系统才能进行正常生产。生产完后，使用高纯氮气置换系统中的氯化氢，防止系统腐蚀。使用完后及时关闭瓶阀，将气瓶从系统卸下，擦净瓶阀各部，上紧瓶咀保护帽。

8、 使用自备钢瓶，必须经本公司改换瓶阀。瓶阀损坏，应请本公司更换修理。

The use of self - contained cylinders, the valves must be changed by us. If the bottle valve is damaged, please ask our company to replace it.

9、 氯化氢专用钢瓶，严禁改装其他气体。

Special cylinder for hydrogen chloride is strictly prohibited to refit other gases.

10、 钢瓶瓶身和瓶阀严禁油脂污染。

Cylinder body and valve are strictly prohibited oil pollution.

11、 在使用过程中，气瓶排气速度较快时，钢瓶和管路结晶是正常现象，严禁用热水浇化；为避免钢瓶和管路结霜，用气量流速大于2m3/h时，请使用专用供气装置。我们可提供专用供气装置。

12、 对钢瓶的安全可靠性有怀疑时，应立即检验。钢瓶安全检验期为两年，超过安全检验期的钢瓶不能使用。

When the reliability of the cylinder cannot be determined, it should be tested immediately. The cylinder safety inspection period is two years, and the cylinder beyond the safety inspection period cannot be used.

13、 钢瓶一般使用一年后，应请本公司帮助倒装空瓶内残液，更换阀体内件。

14、 组织工人和有关管理人员学习‘氯化氢安全技术说明书‘，应熟悉掌握使用氯化氢气体可能发生的事故危害及其急救、抢险措施 以及其他知识和信息。

 The user unit shall organize workers and relevant management personnel to study the technical specification of hydrogen chloride safety, and be familiar with the accident hazards that may occur with hydrogen chloride gas and other relevant knowledge and information such as first aid and emergency measures.
